Evaluation of Recognition Criteria to Promote Good Practice

In the context of European higher education reform, and with the increasing influence of learning outcomes and qualifications frameworks, this study investigates recognition criteria and processes across Europe.

Using case studies from Belgium (Flanders), France and the UK, the report compares the different approaches to evaluating international qualifications and examines whether common criteria and procedures for recognition criteria could feasibly be developed to promote good practice across the ENIC-NARIC Networks.
