On 1 August, the new UK ENIC e-Statement service was launched.

The e-Statement service is for individuals applying for our qualification comparability statements.

Applicants can now download their statements directly from our website rather than rely on hardcopy delivery by post or courier. Once the assessment is complete, applicants are sent an automated email confirming their e-Statement is ready to be downloaded.

Below is an example of what a UK ENIC e-Statement should look like.

One of the key benefits of the new service is that the statement cannot be lost or misplaced and will be available for applicants to download an unlimited number of times for a period of three months from the date of issue.

To protect against fraud, all e-Statements will include a digital signature that employers and admitting institutions can verify by clicking the signature on the top-right of the PDF document.

A pop-up, example below, will then appear to confirm the verification.

If the document has been tampered with, the digital signature will show as invalid.

Organisations can contact their account manager to confirm that the document should not be accepted. We will check the statement against our records on our database to confirm that the document is not to be trusted.

To date, over 2400 applicants have chosen to receive their qualification statement in the e-Statement format. The new e-Statements help to reduce paper usage and waste and lower the overall carbon footprint of our services.

Should you have any queries regarding the e-Statement service, please get in touch with your account manager.
